Who we are
prokirixeis.gr is an alerting service for Greek public tenders. By using it you accept these terms.

What the service does
We mirror public data from ΚΗΜΔΗΣ (the Greek central registry of public contracts) and from the other sources each record names, such as TED and Diavgeia, and notify you about records matching your criteria. We are not an official source and are not affiliated with the Greek state. The source that publishes each record remains the official source.

Your account
You need a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens through your account. One email, one account. The account stays personal. You may add a recipient to an alert only if you know the person. Each recipient confirms before receiving anything, and recipients only read the alerts — they do not get an account.

Subscription and invoicing
Every price shown excludes VAT. VAT is added at checkout and is calculated by Stripe from the address and VAT number you enter there: a business with an EU VAT number outside Greece is handled under reverse charge, and outside the EU no VAT is added. The final amount including VAT is shown in the order summary before you pay, and that is the amount charged. Entering a VAT number at checkout is mandatory wherever your country has one, so that the document is issued to the correct entity. If your VAT number is not registered for VAT, Stripe's check will reject it and the subscription cannot be completed — contact us. Payments are processed by Stripe. The receipt Stripe issues is confirmation of the charge and is not the τιμολόγιο. A legally valid Greek τιμολόγιο is issued by hand for every payment, to the billing details you enter at checkout, and emailed to you — you do not need to ask for it. If it does not arrive, or the details need correcting, contact us.

Data accuracy and liability
We make every effort to keep the data complete and current, but we do NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any record — including deadlines. Always confirm the deadline and the terms against the official publication at its source before submitting a bid. We are not liable for a missed tender, an incorrect deadline, or a service interruption.

Acceptable use
Do not attempt automated access or data extraction beyond the stated limits of the service. CSV export and the ZIP download of a procurement's acts are the sanctioned routes, within your plan's limits. Resale of the service is not permitted. We may limit or suspend an account that breaches this.

Termination
You can stop at any time. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms or non-payment, after notifying you.

Changes and governing law
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced by email. Greek law applies.
